Are you looking for a versatile and responsible position in which you can contribute your organisational talent, your eye for detail and your structured way of working? As a business administrator (m/f/d) at BII GmbH, you will take on central tasks in controlling, contract management and employee organisation. With your commitment, you will ensure that our internal processes run smoothly and that our team is optimally supported.
Controlling and financial management: You carry out monthly controlling and maintain an overview of all cash flows (incoming and outgoing payments). With precise reports, you support our stakeholders in strategic decision-making and thus actively contribute to the company's success.
Employee organisation: You coordinate the management of overtime and undertime and ensure that internal processes are transparent and comprehensible. You will also organise regular employee appraisals and actively support the structuring and optimisation of the internal feedback process.
Administrative tasks: You will take care of the management of master data and the optimisation of internal administrative processes, thereby improving efficiency and structure in the organisation in the long term.
Contract and tender management: You will be responsible for drawing up and revising employment contracts and preparing offers and tenders.
Finance and accounting: You check and process invoices and create accurate reports that serve as a basis for our stakeholders to make informed decisions. Through your work, you contribute to clear and efficient communication with external partners and to strategic decision-making.
Completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an office management assistant (m/f/d), administrative assistant (m/f/d) or in a comparable profession
Initial professional experience in the areas of controlling, contract management or personnel administration.
A good understanding of figures and the ability to present data clearly and comprehensibly.
Independent, responsible, structured way of working and enjoy organisation and communication.
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally knowledge of common accounting or controlling tools.
